Choose between the following options for your day tour from the Salt Lake Area: Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Capitol Reef National Park, Goblin Valley State Park, or Bryce Canyon National Park. Drive time to each Park from Salt Lake City is approximately 3-4 hours and plan to spend about 5 hours in the Park.

See stunning views on a scenic drive through the National Park and depending on group preference experiences may include: canyon overlooks, the famous Mesa Arch, and a dirt road excursion on Long Canyon.

Goblin Valley State Park

Experience un-earthly rock formations and meander through hoodoos (unique rock formations) and followed by a back country drive through North Temple Wash.

Capitol Reef National Park

Enjoy a scenic ride to the quaint and scenic National Park. Visit canyon overlooks, historic buildings of early life, ancient rock art petryglyphs, canyon walks, arches and more!

Bryce Canyon National Park

Travel from the Salt Lake City area to the scenically wondrous Bryce Canyon in a 4 hour drive each way. Walk the Rim, hike the moderate Queen's Garden 3 mile loop, and marvel at Nature's beauty.

Arches National Park

Guests will ride through scenic National Park and as a group will determine which arches to stop and hike or walk to. Optional landmarks included but not limited to are: Delicate Arch, Landscape Arch, Double Arch, Windows, Balanced Rock and more.

We had a great time with our tour. Besides the beauty of its nature , our tour guide was knowledgeable and accommodating. I like the food as well. We had kebab and hobo for lunch for a 2- day trip in The arches and canyon lands. Overall it was indeed a great experience to treasure!!

Booked a day trip to Bryce Canyon with Neil from Desert Solitude and it was the best experience ever. Neil was so accommodating from start to finish. It was the white glove service which set Neil's tour heads and shoulders above any we had ever had in our life. They say the devil is in the details, and he checked all the boxes on that front, from the snacks/conversation/music and drinks in on the car en route, to our lunch experience. In the past, a lunch would be some pre-packed tuna or peanut butter sandwiches, but when Neil put us in a picturesque setting, pulled six comfy lounge chairs off the roof rack, and hooked up a BBQ grill and made us steak Kabobs and potato salad which were delicious. The timing of the lunch and giving us the protein, just before a 2.5 hour hike thru Bryce. On the hike, we received detailed history about every monument in sight, and he was equipped with gatorade, water and snacks along the way. My kids are still talking about him a week later, he made THAT much of an impact on our tour and we can't wait for our next Utah excursion.
