We purchased this tour through a Groupon app for the day we would be in Portland, March 27th., for 2 passengers. When we tried to call for directions on where to meet Trolley, the voice recording stated that tours don’t start until May & there are No Refunds!! Seriously!? This information was not posted in any of the ads- or I wouldn’t have wasted my money! So angry with this company, who seem to be in the business of ripping people off. While there, we also discovered that you can buy a day pass for the streetcars for $5- a much better value. If I ever go back to Portland, I will not be patronizing this Business & will warn everyone I know to steer clear of them. Expensive lesson learned!!

I am sorry but your anger should be directed at Groupon. It has been very clear in our communications with Groupon that we do nto start our Hop-On Hop-Off service until May 25th. Please contact Groupon and request a refund. We will approve it, if they ask us too.
