More like a private tour with a smaller bus and much more enthusiasm and joy than the larger busses. Guide Chris made the trip informative and fun for all in the group of 11. Recommend the trip.

These guys seem to be either fraud or provide no customer service at all. They collected money from me in advance for the private everglades airboat trip and then they did not provide the boat location. Did not respond to multiple emails,texts, calls etc day before the trip, on the morning of the scheduled trip and at the time of the scheduled trip. Had to find an alternative trip on the same day, at very last moment. After that they are refusing to refund, claiming that some email with location was sent- while i have received several automated emails from them only, none with the boat location. They dont explain why they are not reachable, which seems to be a norm for them. In case they are not fraud they have no customer service at all. Avoid, use other provides.

It was exciting to hold the baby but would have liked to see more. The time flew by and we only saw a few alligators. That being said, the guide was very knowledgeable and if we had more time I'm sure he would have found more.
