Ray Victor was an amazing tour guide. Listening to his personal experiences, how it effected him, his family and the people of New York City is something that I will never forget. Ray was able to paint the pictures, listen to the sounds, and feel the emotions that were experienced on 9/11 through his first hand stories, the photos he shared, and the sights that he took us to. This is a must do tour for sure!
