We are so glad we chose Shawn and Backroads Adventures for our tour of the island. It was worth the investment to do a private tour. He thought of everything we might need for the day, which made it really easy for us. In addition he took us to unique areas that we wouldn't have otherwise got to experience. His knowledge of the island history, geology, wildlife and plant life were outstanding. He made sure there was something for everyone to enjoy from kids to adults. He also helped us with resources for other things to do while on vacation too! I wish I could give this more than 5 stars! If you want a tour of the island, be sure to use Backroads Adventures.

Aloha Heather, Mahalo for taking the time to share your experience with us!! It is very rewarding to hear your comments as a lot of effort goes into our tours to make sure our guests have the best possible time. We like to have everything that we might need for the day, from gear to snacks and drinks to lunch and dinner, to take the worries of the day out and for you to just enjoy your time with us. One of the best parts with private tours that I really enjoy is that we can deviate from our plan and really cater to your interests. Thank you again Heather for the very kind words and I’ll be looking forward to our next adventure together! Mahalo, Shawn
