For a hassle-free cruise transfer in New York City, arrange a private transportation service from any of New York City's three major airports or Manhattan and be driven in style to Brooklyn, Manhattan or Cape Liberty cruise port. Transfer services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Choose from a sedan transfer for up to three people, a sport utility vehicle (SUV) transfer that comfortably carries up to five passengers or a private van for up to 10 passengers. All vehicles feature stylish and spacious interiors, climate control, and you will be met and escorted by a professional chauffeur.

Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle or ten for private vans. Rates are inclusive of taxes, airport and congestion fees, tolls and gratuity, no hidden fees.

This was an extremely smooth and professional experience. Upon arrival at the airport there was a nicely dressed driver with our name on his placard. He waited with us to get our luggage and then pulled his new SUV up to the door and we were off. He also explained things as we drove and gave us a great narration as we proceeded to the cruise port. Upon arrival he was able to bypass the long line and took us right to the luggage drop off. He handled our luggage and we were off to the boat. A wonderful experience. Would highly recommend and we will use this worry free service again.

Driver was not waiting for us. When we finally located him he said Viator provided him with the incorrect flight details. Also, he didn't drop us off at the right pier

I had booked a sedan to pick us up at the airport. When I called although I had the paid confirmation they said they could not find it and wanted me to pay again then try to get a refund. A gentleman that drives one of your vans came over to us and drove us in the van. He was very nice but first we had to drop someone off at a hotel. When we got to the cruise terminal he drop us off about a half block from where I luggage needed to be so we had to drag it to the drop off. I had paid for the sedan not a over crowed van that took us on an stop we didn't plan on.
