This tour says that gratuity is included. But the driver said they were not included. I did tip him so he basically got a double tip.

Excellent on time service with great communication. Upgraded to private car since I was the only one going to LGA at my selected time.

Drove fast and was on time at hotel. Showed the 9/11 and one World tower. Everithing Was good for a ride thru NYC.
