If the website does not come up on your phone to release the car from the holding area after you pick up your luggage from baggage claim you are out of luck. On the phone call from hell trying to get to dispatch. We finally got our car after 45 min and five calls to dispatch. Easier to call the car service directly and make plans
Coordination with the car driver was terrible. In the end he was driving around screaming "Maria" out the window. Terrible.... Once we got to the car we quickly noticed that the trunk was a mess, some reluctance to have our luggage joint the mess. The inside of the car was no different, messy and dirty, we could not wait to arrive at our destination to flee that auto. We will not be using Viator for such activities again.
This part of the transfer was great. You should know that they do not meet you at baggage claim, but instead send you a text. They say to click on the link once you've recovered your baggage, but you could probably do it once the bags start coming onto the carousel. They then told us the driver's name and license number and told us where to go and an estimated ETA, which was about 10 minutes. The driver was very professional and courteous and the car was very clean and maintained. The only reason I gave it a 4 rather than 5 is because I had no idea this was how it was going to be done and if someone who isn't tech savvy books this, you may have some trouble.
