The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle

Once we managed make contact and find the transfer vehicle amidst the traffic mayhem at the airport all went well. The driver was courteous and the trip to our hotel was trouble free.

I rang to confirm the day before pick up as our flight number had changed and the flight was 15 minutes earlier. I asked the operator if I needed to ring when we landed, she said no someone would be waiting.
When we arrived there was nobody waiting. Other companies were waiting with client names on boards.
We did not have a phone. I had to ask another kind chauffer if he could call to confirm our arrival. We then had to wait 20 minutes to be picked up.
The lady driver was friendly and even stopped at a liquor store on the way to the hotel so we could buy a bottle of wine.

There was a bit of confusion about where we get the car from and phone calls to the company and the driver. We found the driver finally but he was very arrogant and made a comment that was quite condescending
