Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested

When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate

The driver was waiting for us at Reagan Airport upon our arrival and took us directly to the Sofitel on Lafayette Square. He was very personable and professional and drove well. The driver who picked us up at the hotel Sept. 21. was equally personable and got us there safely and we enjoyed our talk with him to the airport. Fine service, would recommend.
