Horrible experience. Phoned to advise that our arrival would be 1.5hrs late due to flight delays, spoke with a female employee of Carmel Car and Limosine Service was told ‘no problem’ and to call when we arrived in Washington. Once in Washington the company refused to honour the voucher. Took a cab.
Driver was polite and on time. Paid 50.00 for the ride and was then told at pickup it's an additional 14.00 for "fees". Would not use again.
I just want to know why when we arrived in Washington, DC after our pick up we were advised by your office that we had to pay the driver an additional 14.00 for pick up and then another 14.00 back to the airport.
Seems a bit excessive after my credit card was already charged for 50 dollars each way?????
