I purchased the night tour and the tour lasted 45 minutes. They charged us an additional $30 for "grounds fair fee" but they take us to PUBLIC PROPERTY where any and everyone can utilize the land/area. I've never driven an ATV so assumed we would do a practice run BEFORE hitting the trails so you can get used to the vehicle, that wasn't the case they took my friends rite on the road and left me behind because they never properly showed me how to use the vehicle. Once they realized they left me he got upset that I didn't know how to work the vehicle so I immediately knew something was sketchy so I just sat back and did not go because I did not feel comfortable driving something I've NEVER BEEN IN NOR DRIVEN BEFORE TODAY. By time I left the venue with my other friend that didn't feel comfortable driving because they didn't give her a practice run either we both left te public grounds by time we got back to our hotel that was located on the strip my other friends were on their way back to the hotel. The night time tour I purchased was not done at night it was during the day, they rushed my friends that did go on the tour so they could bring the next group in. They were very UNPROFESSIONAL, they stated we should've given them a tip meanwhile they made $710 off us and me and another person didn't ride. Called my other friend who went on the ride the "N" word because he requested a video from the "OWNER" that he stated he was going to take because that's part of what we pay for. It's a Family Owned business but they try to get over on you by charging you the extra $30 for "grounds fair" meanwhile its the fee for picking you up per person. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.............. RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK...............

Nothing an this review is true, we don't have a night tour and we don't offer picture or video packages. All of are riders are instructed on safety and how to operate the atv or utv. We have a one on one explanation of the process. Together with the signing of waivers. Do not make a decision base on this review.

Terrible service. This company is mismanaged and should be avoided. First, they got the pick-up time wrong, Then we were cheated out of a 3 hour tour because we only had time for 1 1/2 hours. Lastly, the tour guide promised to take our video then withholds the video, effectively stealing part of the experience that we paid for. Just go with another service more professional company.

As I told your friend, the harassment needs to stop, we our not going to allow this to continue. And we we’ll lawsuit for defamation. We don’t offer a video service. To those reading this review please don’t make a decision base in this review. I can assure you this is not true we see up to 40 people per day and know one complains. We strive for a 5 star customer service and a personal one on one experience.

Seeing the smile on my grandson’s face after the ride. The ride was very very nice the company is great it’s more like friends and family the way they treat you and even though it was everyone’s first time riding but one person the experience was well explained and I feel like I’ve been riding for years once I got done I will do this again within the next five months and every Time I come back to Vegas long as they are open thank you again you are the best
