Our first pick up at the airport and drop off went great. The driver was went above and beyond. Then everything went wrong with our departure. I called to confirm our pickup and the time was wrong. So that person said they would correct that. Well it was not done. I called the morning of again and time was still wrong. The hotel staff was able to get us a driver and get us to the airport on time. I again called from the airport twice to not get charged and now waiting for my credit card bill.

Very glad I used your service instead of renting a car. Heavy traffic at dusk and the traffic on Sanibel was terrible since it was a holiday (President's Day). The Island roads are complex and there are no street lights. More than satisfied with Angel's service.
