Agreed pickup time with private hire cab over phone. Cab was delayed by 12 minutes due to an accident on the interstate highway. Driver phoned hotel to let us know which was good, and took alternative route to avoid the delay after enquiring our flying time, car was fine and driver chatty, wanting to know if we enjoyed our stay.

Driver was late. Company gave him the wrong address and wrong phone number. This made him 20 minutes late even though he was down the road waiting on someone to come out of their house. Car was an old SUV. The driver, very nice man, usually picked up river boat workers. Not what I expected. I expected and seemed to be led to believe that the car would have at least been a sedan. Driver good, transfer bad.
