I am a travel agent and booked 3 round-trip prepaid ground transfers and received confirmations. I was then contacted by the limo company advising I did not pay enough and that tolls and gratuities were not charged so I called Viator and spoke to a representative and advised him i thought this was all inclusive and he pointed out to me that in the confirmation sent it says clearly that the transportation company may charge toll and other fees. So I contacted the Limo company and gave him the credit card info and he charged the additional money. This was to Carmel Limo. Then yesterday I get a receipt crediting the money Carmel limo charged and it shows another limo company is handling my clients.. This is most embarrassing to me since I am responsible for selecting vendors on behalf of my account who is paying for their customers travel. To advise them one company is handling their ground transfers and then another company shows up. Who knows what's going on. Not to mention the risk I am causing my client with the credit cards. I will never use Viator again. This has been a horrible experience.
