Arrived on time maybe a little early which is fine with me in a nce clean vehicle. Good driver who didn't seem to mind my very heavy bag.

I would have liked to have known that there would be another 14.00 charge for what I don't know as well as the tip.
It made the trip to the hotel come up to about 70,00,
the driver was courteous and on time and the car was very clean....that's a plus in my book

Service was good, Having never been to Washington DC before, I didn't know what to expect in the way of transportation to/from the airport. Taxis appear to be plentiful and cost approximately 20 from downtown around the White House to DCA. So paying 50 for this service plus an additional 14 in cash is a bit much. If I had it to do over again, I would just use a taxi.
