Tom was the most gracious host balancing information and our group dynamic. He was there to teach, clarify information and answer questions. One of our members was a Viet Nam era vet, and another Army Vet. Tom tailored our tour to our specific needs. He gave options along the way so we felt included in the decisions. The car was great, sat us all comfortably and kept us cool on a warm day. He took photos for us and sent them to us before the nights end. Prior to the booking he kept in constant contact with us and made great recommendations for our trip.

Tom's private tour of some of the most relevant sites related to the US Marine Corps and its history is fantastic! We took our son (at the time a high school senior) to DC for Spring Break before he shipped out to Marine Boot Camp in June. A veteran himself, Tom shared some great insight and advice with our son (which we all very much appreciated). Tom really is the best tour guide - very patient, keeps to a comfortable (and somewhat flexible) agenda, and incredibly knowledgeable about military history and DC in general. The next time we come to DC we will call Tom for another tour!

Tom our tour guide, was on time in a great vehicle. Very friendly, knowledgable and willing to please. Patient, allowing us to appreciate everything. Without a doubt the best experience of our Washington trip. The USMC museum is fantastic and Tom is right there with you. Highly recommended. Every visitor to Washington should spend a few hours with Tom.
