Tripadvisor is a rip-off. Made reservation for the tour. Due to unforeseen circumstances our trip was cancelled due to airline and weather problems. No flights available for days. When we called to cancel our tour spoke with customer service and said no problem since it was more than 24 hours. We then receive and email saying the TOUR OPERATOR has a NO REFUND policy If we would have known we never would have booked for $850 Be aware bait and switch Buy thinking 24 hour cancel and find out NO REFUND.

Hi Diane, I sincerely apologise that you were given this incorrect information by the Viator agent, we have this product as 'all sales are final' due to the non refundable tickets to Graceland. Again, I sincerely apologise for the situation you have been through and I hope you can see that Travel Curious were part of no wrong doing in this matter. Fantastic to visit and learn more about Elvis! Mum has been a huge fan for over 45 years and this was so great for her - she enjoyed every moment and it was very informative and interesting as well as pretty cool to see all the stuff there!! I call it Disneyland but for Elvis - it's bigger than you imagine opposite the actual mansion!
