As we pass through the charming town of Paia, you'll get a glimpse of its colorful shops, art galleries, and laid-back atmosphere. Known for its historic buildings and local culture, Paia offers a snapshot of old Hawai‘i blended with a modern vibe as we continue our journey.

Kaumahina State Wayside Park

At Kaumahina State Wayside Park, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of Maui’s coastline and the Pacific Ocean. Take a short stroll through the park to admire the lush landscape and native Hawaiian plants. It’s the perfect spot to relax, snap photos, and take a bathroom break before continuing your tour.

Ke‘anae Point

At Ke‘anae Point, you'll witness dramatic sea cliffs, lush landscapes, and the powerful waves of the Pacific Ocean. Explore the historic Ke‘anae Village and its traditional taro fields. You’ll also have the chance to enjoy the famous Ke‘anae banana bread, a local delicacy!

As you explore, you’ll see picturesque Hawaiian homes, local shops, and historic landmarks that give this small town its unique character. It's a perfect spot to take in the relaxed atmosphere and snap a few photos of the traditional Hawaiian way of life. While we won’t stop for an extended visit, you’ll get a chance to pass through and appreciate the beauty of this hidden gem on the island.

Ho'okipa Beach Park

At Ho'okipa Beach Park, you’ll be treated to stunning views of the coastline and the Pacific Ocean. The park is famous for its surf spots, so you might see surfers riding the waves. If you're lucky, you could spot sea turtles basking on the shore, though sightings aren’t guaranteed. It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot to relax and take in Maui’s natural beauty.
