I had an amazing experience with this company. Alejandro was our driver on the way into the city and he was on time, a good driver, and picked us up right up front and dropped us off right infront of our hotel. He was very polite and friendly as well. On the way back to the hotel, we had driver Li. He was also a very good driver, on time, and also waited around 10 minutes for us which we really appreciate. Both drivers had clean vehicles that were comfortable and spacious enough for my guest and 1. They also both helped with luggage which was very nice of them. Overall, I would definitely recommend this service for people visiting NYC. I know the city transportation can be hectic and a lot to coordinate the day of so I would recommend setting this up in advance and having a reliable service!

Our driver Jack was very nice. He waited for each lady and drove us around to each terminal very patiently and very professional.
