Private Scallop Charter in Crystal River

This activity is an amazing experience for those of all ages. At Crystal River Manatee Adventures we try our absolute best to make it a once in a lifetime trip. The day starts with free parking at our shop and then we provide transportation down to the boat, just a short drive away. We will then take a ride out to the Gulf of Mexico and find a spot where we think we’ll find lots of scallops! With the trip all equipment (mask, snorkel, and fins) is included. We also have a cooler filled with water and ice on the boat, which you can use for any food or beverages you bring along with you. We also provide an in water guide for the trip to help collect your daily limit on scallops. After our time is complete in the Gulf, we will then return to King’s Bay where we will give you the chance to hop into one of our beautiful springs to swim around and check out before heading back to the dock.

Todd is a great captain took me and my family out to catch scallops we ended up catching more than we were expecting they put us on some great spots. Definitely will be going back before season is over and the only charter I will use for scalloping from here on out

We had the absolute BEST time on our scalloping adventure! Captain Todd and his wife Heidi were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and kind. We all really enjoyed our time and we ended up collecting TONS of scallops! We will 100% be back to do it again, and would recommend it to everyone!

We had an amazing time with Capt Todd! Very Nice and accommodating, the boat was perfect for scalloping, and was super comfortable. He was patient with us as first timers and we maximized our time in the water. If you’re looking for someone to take friends or family scalloping (experienced or novice), Capt Todd is your guy. We will be booking again!
