We 3, of us, left at 7 a.m. Our guide picked us up at our hotels. It was a scenic votes tour and because we were all women ,Kevin, our guide, took us to 2 of the more feminine energy spots. He was very knowledgable about the wild life,the plant life and the geology and history of Sedona as well as what the special energy in Sedona is all about...he even played the flute for us while we experienced several of the locations and he "walks his talk". Very good value. I would recommend the tour to everyone but especially women. Do it in the early morning when it's quiet and cooler.

2 years in a row I am fortunate enough to take the vortex tour with Kevin. This year, there were only the 2 of us on his tour, so it was off the charts. Kevin is amazing. Highly recommend this jeep tour company, they are not the typical 'tourist' tour. Much more personal and spiritual.

When we walked up to the kiosk, we met Pat, the reservationist, who genuinely wanted us to have an amazing experience. We ended up taking the vortex tour at sunset. If at all possible, take the sunset tour. The sun setting against the red rocks is an incredible sight. To add to the experience. we were taken to places we had not already seen. Of course, what is a tour without an excellent guide? Kevin gave us the tour of a lifetime. Kevin entertained us with stories about Sedona on the way to and from the vortexes. His explanation of vortexes was easy to understand. He took us to places where we felt the natural energy of the vortexes - amazing! We could not have found these places on our own. As our tour director, he guided us through meditation, played his flute, and had us get into a meditation circle. I cannot imagine a better tour as a way to learn about Sedona and its vortexes.
