This trip was perfect for 5 adults. It let us work with the tour company to customize our trip, based on their suggestions and our preferences. Our driver, Peter, was delightful and had plenty of information to share. It was flexible enough for us to make adjustments as the day went on. Water was provided during the trip, and we were given two nice bottles of wine as a thank you. We would highly recommend this.

We enjoyed our driver, Will, from the get-go. He was right on time and was very relaxed about timing. The wineries were fantastic and it was an amazing day. I wish we had more direction/recommendations from the company itself. I haven't been to the Napa Valley in years and was presented with a list of wineries and restaurants (including websites). I made our tasting and lunch reservations but was challenged because it was quite a task without much data/information. It would have been nice to have several recommended routes/choices to select from and build-your-own if you were confident as to the area and the geography. Hard to schedule tastings when you don't know the distance from one location to another. That being said, once we were scheduled, it couldn't have been nicer. We ended up with a great variety and absolutely beautiful weather. We overstayed our day by an hour or so which I expected to be charged for, but I certainly also expected to be notified with the amount/cost per hour/etc. which was just a "surprise" charge to my credit card. If our driver had been any less pleasant or relaxed, our review would have been much harsher. ASK FOR WILL!

We are so glad that you enjoyed William, just one of our great wine tour chauffeurs who are local to wine country. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't feel like you had much direction pertaining to your wine tour planning. Going over our emails to you, I did, in fact, spend time with you in setting up scheduled times and itineraries helping to plan your day. Susan, like every customer we've had, gets free access to our wine experts advice over the phone as well as email with itinerary planning that includes top destinations in wine country along restaurant recommendations! This gives each and every one of our customers endless possibilities in working with our wine expert managers to create the best wine tour experience out there! No other private wine tour company can offer this built in service, especially at such a aggressive price. Unfortunately, guests who are only looking to visit a few select Napa wineries often don't take full advantage of our company wine knowledge, (as there isn't much planning left to do other than setting up a time schedule per winery they've already chosen). We think it's great that certain customers already have their minds made up before they book a wine tour with us. But sadly, when customers do this, they are missing out on an inclusive service that makes us the best private wine tour company in the country. We are always happy to be more involved in customer's wine touring! Just ask! Also, upon booking your wine tour with our company, one of our two wine tour managers reaches out to each customer to provide our more extensive winery and restaurant lists and our tour information (in bold print). This email contains limited lists of preferred wineries hand picked by our managers for the convenience of our customers as well as everything you need to know about our services, and what you have prepaid for via Viator, Tripadvisor or Groupon. As a matter of fact, this information regarding inclusions and exclusions is provided on the product itself, when booking via Viator, Tripadvisor or Groupon. This includes information about gratuity, overtime charges if any etc.

We had a great time however, I wanted to point out that the whole experience was not worth what we paid. We booked our tour via trip advisor and nowhere on the website did it mention that we would have to pay an additional fee at each winery for the tasting. The way it was presented to the user seemed like once we pay $399, our tasting and travel is included. That was pretty much why we booked it! Once we received an email from you, the email was 1. extremely extensive and mentioned in a very unclear manner that "Some" wineries from the list are free only. We booked our tour for 11 am and no one from your team suggested that we should go there earlier as everything shuts by 5:30 pm. We were first-time travelers to Napa and celebrating our engagement wanted to make the most of our trip, however, it doesn't seem like we experienced it the way all the reviews on Trip Advisor suggest. Our driver, Raj was extremely sweet, knowledgeable and the only reason we enjoyed our tour. We aren't writing to you for a refund but wanted to let you know about our experience and that better communication from your end would have made our travel worth it as well

We are sorry you felt that your chosen pick up time was too late. We have flexible pick up times for the convenience of business travelers and even for those simply looking to escape a long morning of meetings to take a day trip into wine country. According to our GPS tracking, you fully utilized the 8 hour tour duration prepaid via Viator, visiting 4 wineries including ones that offered free tastings. We were also flexible to accommodate your last minute pick up location change, the morning of the tour. We tried to help plan this group's day as best as possible on the short notice we had, but with little communication from group, we didn't have much to go on as far as building a perfect wine tour schedule for them. The manager in charge of this group had a hard time getting responses back from customer pertaining to winery preferences. We always encourage customers to ask as many questions as they can, as well as being as transparent with their desires and wants in their day of wine touring, so that we can deliver the best itineraries possible. All of our tour information that we provide to customers via email are in bold print. We hide nothing from our customers and strive to provide excellent service to those who book a tour with us via Viator, Tripadvisor or Groupon.
