I had a tour in the United States in which I relied heavily on Viator services...Unfortunately, expensive and with embarrassing local partners...The drivers don't know English, they can't find you at the meeting point, they don't answer the contact phone,... We waited 85 minutes to meet at the airport... I had to take a private taxi from the airport area to get to the hotel... I didn't see them, they didn't look for us ...On the last reservation I gave up in order not to miss the flight to Europe Conclusion, stay away from them! Viator!!!

As an end service provider we can’t speak to Viator services. Drivers are asked to contact clients prior to the trip date. Also, all of our drivers speak fluent English. The booking was canceled well in advance for the client to find additional transportation. If the clients were waiting for 85 minutes on Viator to accommodate additional transportation that is out of our control. We will continue to provide quality and professional transportation services.
