Our driver Steven was great, he texted us when we landed and was waiting at baggage claim flashing our names on his phone. .

I must admit that the service exceeded my expectations, my driver was waiting at the customs exit door with a sign, helped me with the luggage and recommended a few places to go while in Miami - great service!

Lenny was our driver! He was absolutely amazing! He was in constant contact with us the whole time. He texted as soon as we landed. He met us at baggage claim. He then brought the vehicle up for us. Then he was very helpful on the drive to our hotel giving suggestions of places to go and things yo do. Once we arrived at our hotel, he helped us bring all of our luggage inside and personally spoke to the front desk to make sure everything was ready for us. He was absolutely so wonderful to work with.
