Booked a vehicle for 7 they confirmed it then wanted to call me and tell me that it would be an extra 75 dollars because they didn’t have a vehicle big enough. Took my money and still no refund

Dear client, please check with your bank as the refund was processed immediately and we have a confirmation of it, regarding the vehicle unfortunately, Chevrolet has discontinued the production of full bench seats for the 2025 Suburban models, meaning that 7-seater Suburbans are no longer available. At the time of your booking, we were in the process of returning our existing 7-seater vehicles and, unfortunately, we were unable to acquire more luxury Suburbans with only 6 passengers seats suburbans, We did, however, offer an alternative solution by providing one of our premium minivans, which offers a similar level of comfort and a lot more space the extra charge was only $56.00 + Tax and not $75.00 like you stated, it was your decision to decline this option and canceled the service, we did offered our apologies in advance While we recognize the inconvenience, we hope you can understand that the situation was beyond our control. We made every effort to provide an alternative solution, but the decision to cancel was yours. Since the service was not rendered, we feel that the 1-star rating may not accurately reflect the situation. We would appreciate it if you could reconsider your feedback, and we remain at your service for any future needs. Thank you for your understanding, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions.

To have such a professional team look after us was sensation. Our driver Manuel, was perfect, on time, greeted us happily and was just great. The car was immaculate and the trip a pleasure. We will use this service anytime we are in Miami, and will recommend them to anyone coming.

Great professional pickup. Gave us notifications as they arrived. Was a quick trip to the terminal but we are glad we booked it.
