Children between 1-8 years (or heaver than 20 pounds) must be in in the back seat (some exceptions apply) and strapped into either: - A rear-facing car seat until they reach the maximum height/weight limit for the seat - A front-facing car seat with a 5 point harness until they reach the maximum height/weight limit for the seat - A booster seat if under 4 feet 9 inches and over the height/weight limit for a car seat - A regular seat belt in the back seat if taller than 4 feet 9 inches
Children must be accompanied by an adult
Glacier Point is usually closed during winter from November to April. Any of the tour highlights may be closed due to weather or construction. We will do our best to show alternative sites.
Infants from 0-1 years must be in the back seat strapped into a rear-facing car seat until they reach 20 pounds
Parents with small children must provide car seats and/or booster seats if necessary

We had only one day to visit Yosemite but we had a great time doing it with our guide, James (shown pictured in the red shirt). There were only four of us so James was able to give us a very personalized tour, taking in every location we requested and also several things we never would have known about without him. It was a great day for all and so worth it to see the sights and learn about the history of the park without the hassle of driving ourselves! Highly recommend!

Although the scenery was spectacular the real stars of both trips we took with Crossroads were the tour guides. Todd was our guide for Yosemite tour and he did a really outstanding job. He is very personable. He provided the right level of detail and facts interspersed with personal stories. My husband loved telling jokes and stories with him. He is also a very safe driver and we all felt very comfortable with him on the mountain roads. He also was very considerate and tailored the tour to our requests. Yosemite is gorgeous and he did a great job showing us all the key sights. The van was clean, comfortable and spacious. The one issue we had was related to communication pre-tour. But it did not detract from the 5 stars for the tour itself. Prior to the tour I sent emails confirming date and time of pickup as well as location. Since it was a private tour with hotel pick up as advertised I requested pickup at my Mariposa rental. They confirmed via email that would be fine and I emailed the address. When we arrived at Mariposa I received a call from Crossroads trying to get me to take a group tour with 4 other people . I insisted I booked a private tour. She then told me I had to go to Happy Burger in Mariposa to meet the guide. It was not a problem and we did that, but it was not right that they promised me house pick up and the tour is advertised as such. They house was not far from Happy Burger. In addition It took me many attempts to even get the pick up location and address emailed. But since the tour itself was outstanding I'm still giving it 5 stars. But Crossroads should improve their communication and reservation practices.

Thank you, We appreciate your kind words. We were over booked due to busy season and trying to put more groups together. We are glad everything worked out well. We do not pick up at Air bnb as they are scattered all over the place and too much time may be lost trying to find places.

Had a great time exploring Yosemite with our guide Daniel. I would highly recommend booking this trip and asking for Daniel. He told us about the history of Yosemite along with everyday living in the mountains. I could listen to his stories forever. We went to all the great spots in Yosemite, enjoyed our lunch and overall it was a fantastic day!
