The app was slow to accept the purchase and kept asking t9 start a free 7 day trial. The customer service young woman was fantastic, even called back to make sure we got started!

This was VERY difficult to down load and instructions were not clear. The lady on support line kept telling me I had to check in at the address and some guide would meet us. That's not how it worked at all. Took us an hour just to get correct app and download and start.

My Granddaughter and I walked this Saterday. The weather was perfect. About 55°, slight breeze. We had so much fun walking around Provo. It took us a lot longer than the average to finish. But, WE FINISHED! We both thought it was worth the effort. We enjoyed the thought that went into the questions.
