Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Limited wheelchair accessibility. Buses are not equipped with wheelchair lifts. Storage is available for foldable wheelchairs. Passengers must be able to get on and off the bus of their own accord. Wheelchairs may be taken out at the stops if desired.
All tours are led by tour guides, and take place on luxury coach buses. Buses are air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. Most buses are equipped with bathrooms.
There are several quick step-off points at some of the locations during the tour.

I LOVED the super tour. They show movie clips while you are on the bus and the tour guide was very friendly and answered lots of questions. Overall all these tours are good maybe a bit expensive though.

We couldn't do the experience, a failure, my son was very excited to do the ride, we never made it Our original ticket was for 2/10, they canceled it and they scheduled it for 2/11 at 12:00 pm, we were at the meeting point for more than 80 minutes and they never came for us. We called Viator and they told us that those tours were canceled today I hope they answer some of all the messages I left them and reimburse me for the money I spent.

All customers with the correct email and phone number in the systems were texted and emailed in advance about the cancellation due to the tour guide medical emergency. We offered everyone a refund, reschedule, and a free gift voucher for other tours. Have you tried calling or emailing us after you noticed the tour guide wasn’t present at the scheduled time? Our team is very responsive and willing to help at any time.
