• You will receive an email from [email protected] 3-5 days prior to the show with the subject title “Madison Square Garden”. To receive your digital tickets please download the Madison Square Gardens App found at https://www.msg.com/madison-square-garden-official-app. Login to the App using the email you provided the local tour operator when you made your Viator booking. Once inside the app, please accept your digital tickets

• There are no paper tickets to the show – only digital tickets

• If you are having issues with getting your digital tickets, please contact the local tour operator, Attractions4Us, at least the day before the show at [email protected] or at +1 212 512 0515. Call center hours (EST) are Monday-Friday 8.30AM - 7.30PM; Weekends & Holidays 8.30AM - 8.30PM.

It’s my second time watching this beautiful show. I had to bring my son who turned 18 a few days ago, I wasn’t sure if he was going to like it, but he definitely enjoyed it! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get in the spirit of Christmas! Or like us it didn’t matter, we watched it on New Year’s Day!
