Went on my birthday and it was amazing!!! Our game masters made sure we made it out of the room with unlimited hints cause I was drunk and needed the help!! Only thing that needs needs re recorded is the talking doll part.

We had a city pass. I called to reserve and they said I had to come in so they could scan in. When I got there to reserve my time they couldn't scan the barcode and said they would have to manually type it in. So why couldn't they take it over the phone if they can do it manually? When in the room the batteries from our flashlight died in the first few minutes. We kept trying to get someones attention and noone came. I had to leave the room and try to find someone. They where busy so the front desk didn't acknowledge me. I finally found someone in a back room to get me batteries. This extra time wasted cost us from getting out on time. There is no timer in the room to keep track and apparently they can't hear you if you have a problem. The room itself was pretty good but they need to work on these other issues. Being able to communicate and keep track of time would be a big improvement.

Went with 2 daughters and had a fabulous time!! They (my teenage daughters) have done a few escape rooms before this one and rated this one the best yet! Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating l, as I was not able to book easily online with our Go Las Vegas passes, but called and had no problems at all.
