Typically, we keep the approaches short and visit only 1-2 rock formations so that we spend the bulk of your trip climbing as many routes as possible!

We had an amazing time climbing with Stone Adventures in Joshua Tree. They crafted an experience that was fun for all ages across our family. We'll definitely climb with them when we next return to the area! Our guide was Yolan and he was incredible. He was full of a ton of knowledge about the history of climbing and about the desert. We had an absolute blast!

Our family of 4 (two teens) loved this experience with Yolan. He was really respectful, knowledgeable, and fun. He believed in us and pushed us just enough. We have done other experiences where the guide seems to be repeating a script including horrible jokes we pretend to laugh at. Yolan was not this guy at all. He was authentic, present, and an all around world-class guide.

Unbelievable time! We tried to book through another company and they were full....and promptly referred us to Stone Adventures (Annie). I'm so glad it worked out the way it did! Great communication from the beginning and willing to accomodate complete beginners. Our climbing day was cold, rainy, and ominous.....but that didn't stop our guide Greg Petliski! He was amazing, patient, knowledgeable, and willing! Greg let us steer this trip to our preferences with great input to help guide us along. We learned SO much in such a short time. We highly recommend Stone Adventures and will use them in the future! Thanks!!
