This was so fun! I wanted to experience a mountain coaster at least one time on my trip and this is the one to go to. My husband and little one waved at me where they could see me loading uphill and the last downhill spiral.
The ticket wasn't too expensive, and the track was well maintained, had great views, and I felt safe the entire time. I thought I'd go full speed because I'm used to hard roller coasters at Cedar Point, but I pushed the brakes more often than I'd like to admit because the ride delivered on thrill! Workers were present at all the lookout points, and they maintained the property to the point where I saw a guy weed wacking on my way around a slope, and I couldn't help but smile at the engineering behind the timing of slowing down carts at the uphill portions.
Not to mention the woman at the ticket booth was really nice and the guys at the loading station were so welcoming. A guy riding the coaster in front of me with his kid turned around and said that it was the best coaster he had been on and he lived in the area, and I believe it.
Great stop. I'm so glad we took time out of our last day here to experience the coaster!
