I am a history fanatic and was so excited to have the opportunity to visit St. Augustine. We live in Colorado and have attended the Renaissance festival on several occasions. That's what St. Augustine reminded me of. Everything has been commercialized and there were very few people who actually had any idea about any of the history where we were. The fort was the only place where history was discussed and that was by a ranger. I will never ever go back.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We’re sorry to hear that St. Augustine didn’t meet your expectations. While it’s a city with a unique blend of history and modern attractions, we understand it may not be for everyone. It’s great to know you’re a history enthusiast, and we appreciate your passion for exploring. While we are glad to have provided a comfortable, timely, and friendly service, we regret that the city itself wasn’t what you were hoping for. Your feedback about St. Augustine may be best served on the city’s profile, as it could help other travelers who are considering a visit there. We hope you might consider traveling with us again to explore some of our other fantastic destinations that may better suit your interests. Thank you, and safe travels!

This is the 3rd time we’ve been to St Augustine as we love the place - the history of it, the beautiful architecture as well as a great winery. Would definitely recommend going. Our driver this time (Kevin) I would say has been the best, with him getting us there and back quickly even in torrential rain and having so much knowledge of the area he could fill us in on. Looking forward to returning next year
