Benjamin was an awesome guide. Funny and knowledgeable. He saved our sour start to this company. We showed up at Old Town to start our tour about 2 o’clock. We were greeted by an absolute jerk by the name of Rick. He was absolutely rude and condescending to my wife to the point he almost would have gone home early for the day. However, my wife asked me to be polite and hold my tongue. I found out his name from one of the other workers and let him know what I thought of Rick and that I would leave a review. Thank you Benjamin for making the trip still enjoyable. I hope the tip I left was 100% for you and not shared with that creep!

Fantastic way to see the city with really friendly and knowledgeable guides. The service is easy to use, convenient and regular with amusing and informative commentary throughout. It's worth the price for two days travel on the trolley rides.
