I will admit that I shop around. When I travel I try to get the most out of the little funds I have which, generally, means I usually have to forgo tours (even though I LOVE them). They are so expensive once you start adding family members, and there is no guarantee of value. That being said -- THIS IS AMAZING! I was gifted this tour, and, if the experience happened again, I would gladly pay for myself and my family. 1. The stops were clearly marked and the trollies on time. 2. The drivers were personable, fun, informative. I'm still sharing the trivia and history from that tour, and I loved the short selection of music appropriate for the different stops. They also gave great advice like "Outside the Hotel Del Coronado, grab a handful of sand. What do you see? The sand is sparkly (like gold) with minerals." 3. It stopped at all the tourist landmarks in a convenient, clearly-marked spot. 4. NO worries about parking, parking fees, navigating traffic. 5. As a full-figure traveler, I appreciated the roomy seats and the open windows (amazing views and breezes). For the best experience, I agree with the trolley website. Pick a few stops -- don't try for all or you will miss some experiences in your haste. We were on the tour from 9 am to 5 pm - starting & ending at the same place (getting off at 4) so we could hear all the history. I will look for additional Hop-on Hop-off trolley tours in my future travels.

Mid morning tour of SanDiego and local area ,this was a wonderful experience.the guide /driver was funny and knowledgeable.we had a sing along to the trolly bus song and tunes from Top Gun.

Takes you to all the places you want to see. Knowledgable drivers, runs on time. Great Experience. We started at Old Town and worked our way around the loop. Glad that we did as it was hassle free. Maybe a bit pricey but there are discounts to be had, like mention that you can save $5/person by signing up on the web and they will give a matching discount at the booth.
