What an adventure — for tourists and residents alike! (I am one.) Enjoyed every minute on the Hop On Hop Off bus. The highlight was crossing the glorious Golden Gate Bridge while seated up top, an exhilarating experience, but seeing buildings downtown from a new perspective was also worthy. Our driver/tour guide was welcoming and lively, and we also had above-and-beyond service when we called the office ahead of the tour to help us with a user error on my part. I'd ride again!

The stops cover most of the tourist places that you would want to visit. The bus drivers are knowledgeable and friendly. The buses are old, didn’t have headsets and don’t have WiFi compared to others. We did receive a discount but it didn’t make up for the lack of amenities.

Our bus fleet uses CNG (compressed natural gas) which is non polluting. Our buses are serviced and maintained regularily. We pass bus inspections by the CHP (california highway patrol) twice a year. In 13 years of business, we have always passed every time without any problems. Air pods can be bought for a fee. Thanks for being our customer, we really appreciate it

It was a total disappointment & waste of money! Waited so long for the next bus after dropping off at one stop. When the next bus arrived, it was a totally run down bus! The exterior of the bus was horrible & the seats are loose & slanted. We were having backache sitting on those chairs! Horribly horrible! The bus did not ply certain destinations as advertised! It was a ripped off! Should have chosen Big Bus. They have so many buses plying the same attractions & the buses looked new & clean.
