This boat ride was pretty fun however I do have a few things that I thought were average or okay. First, they say to get there 30 minutes early, we did and signed the waiver which took about 1 minute and then we just sat there for over 25 minutes. I don’t think there is a need to get there 30 minutes early, maybe 15. Second, for most of the ride you are listening to headphones which were clearly dirty on the black ear part. There was very little talk from the captains except when we were deep in the safari and they pointed some things out and talked for a very short time and then the headphones went right back on and we continued listening to blaring music that was way too loud. I think they should be saying education facts, and interacting most of the time and the music and headphones should be a background and not the main entertainment, especially for $75 a person! We loved the things they were saying when we took the headphones off but if there was more of that it would be more fun! I will say the views were amazing and it was very pretty! One other thing that irritated my group was when we were going fast and on our way back we got SOAKED with a BIG wave 2 times and it was very cold out. This is something I thought was an accident. However, when we got back the captain pointed out to someone else how wet everyone got and was laughing and said it was funny and it’s even more fun to get the guests wet when it’s cold out. I just thought that was unprofessional to say as we were going somewhere afterwards and we’re wet. Not even a sorry or apology. They also told us how alligators mate and how long their “mating tool” is when no one asked and they just went on and on. It was just a little inappropriate and I think that part could have been short and sweet and they could have used the little talking they do for something interesting and more productive.

Captain and co-captain were great. Music was so good to listen to while riding around. LOVED the experience and will recommend to others who visit.
