Flying from Atlanta to TX last Friday was a nightmare within itself. Delay upon delay upon delay and the later it got I knew I wasn't going to be able to get a taxi/uber. I called Majestic and found out that it would be no problem to pick me up in IAH then to Hobby to pick up friends then onto Galveston.(trying to catch a cruise)….very panic and stressed out......I spoke with Nicki every couple of hours after each delay. Nicki assured me that it would be no problem, no matter the time, they would be there. Nicki's professionalism, tone of voice, patience with me will never be forgotten. I arrived at IAH at 3a.m. finally only to find my driver bright eyed and smiling waiting for me! I will never use anyone else for my needs when travelling!!
