Unfathomable. No customer service. Did not even attempt to take the tour. Could not decipher the instructions to begin tour.

Please check your spam folder for the password and step-by-step setup instructions. We're here to help if you have questions or need further assistance. Also, the tour is valid for a year, so you can retry it or opt for a replacement or refund.

Kinda difficult to get to a starting point. It could explain that better. Just started driving towards the great stuff and the narrator kicked in. Got an even better tour on the way back as we were in sync with the directions. I had a credit from the train ride I booked which was nice.

Jennifer, I'm glad you enjoyed the Sedona & Red Rock State Park tour! For the starting point, once you open the app and click on the directions to the starting point, it will automatically open Google Maps to guide you there. Once you arrive, switch back to the app, and the tour will start automatically. I also include this info in a detailed email with a tutorial video to simplify setup. Thanks for sharing, and I'm here if you ever need assistance!
