Very interesting experience, the area we visited was very relaxing and quiet. It was interesting to hear Todd’s perspective on the uniqueness of Sedona. We will travel to Sedona again in future and through these experiences we had via TripAdvisor, we will know exactly how to plan our next trip.

We had a really great guide named Tod he was really nice and helpful I swam in the cold water of the creek I didn't think I would but it felt nice and relaxing being in nature and meditative he also helped my sister mediate and calm her anxiety she has and gave her tips on breathing techniques and tapping energy points we enjoyed hiking by cathedral rock on Baldwin trail and visiting Buddha beach

Todd was such a great way to start our morning on a Saturday in Sedona. His energy is infectious and you know from the moment you meet him that you are in for a wonderful time. We spent time hiking, learning mindfulness exercises, and a really cool group session with Miracle Cards. We really enjoyed our time!
