Tour guide was good but the Van had way too many people and we didn't go to the 7 sacred pools at the end of the road to Hana. They also didn't use the Ma'alaea Park and Ride for us who were staying in Kihei, Makena, Wailua so on the return we had to drive right past it and go all the way to Lahaina/Kaanapali which took over 2 hours up and back !!!! This made the tour very long.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent tour with us, Duke. We appreciate your comments about our tour guide. We would like to clarify that the Seven Sacred Pools have been closed to the public for several years, and this stop is not included in our advertised itinerary. We understand that you may have expected to visit this location, but we aim to provide an accurate description of our tour offerings. Regarding the van capacity, our tours are designed to accommodate a specific number of guests for comfort and safety. For a more personalized experience, we recommend considering our private tour options in the future. As for drop-off locations, we follow a logical route to ensure fairness for all guests. While we understand that this may be inconvenient, it helps us maintain an efficient schedule for everyone involved. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again.

Great excursion. Our guide Quinn, was so knowledgeable about the Road to Hana. He gave the history and folklore of Maui in such an entertaining fashion it made the 9 hour trip fly by. Along with the fantastic scenery it was one of the highlights of our vacation.
