What I like about Kenai Fjords Tours is that they checked our bags in with Alaskan Railroad so we didn’t have to lug our luggages around. Their boat had some seating with tables which were good for resting or eating on. Only thing is that the tables seating 6 made it hard for persons sitting by the windows to get out. Restrooms had running water, which was a relief.
For the 6-hour tour, we were given chicken wraps, potato chips, and some snacks.
The main thing about this tour is that it brings you up close to the glacier. Cruise ships are not allowed to do that. It was very foggy, but we managed to see otters, sea lions, puffins, dolphin, whales, and comorants.
