The tour was great! It had so many hotspots and we never felt rushed. Beyond the hotspots, Lou made it fun by sharing insight and background information that I never knew! My best friend and I had a blast!

I made a reservation for the SATC tour (and my credit card was charged.) Showed up at the meeting spot 10 mins early and waited for 40 mins and the tour operator never showed. I attempted to contact the tour operator twice and I had two conversations with Viator Support who wasn't able to explain why the tour operator took my money but never showed. And now you send me a request to rate your service? Terrible! This totally screwed up my day plans in NYC and I ended up spending an additional $120 to book a last-minute tour of Central Park. This is why you received a TERRIBLE rating. I've always enjoyed Viator tours and specifically chose Viator but that may change in the future.
