Terrible experience! Very expensive boat ride with no whales or dolphins. We had a Saturday reservation but water too rough, so came back Sunday only to go on a boat ride with no whales or dolphins. Gave us a voucher for a future trip. Would not give a refund - trip not as promised.

Patricia we are sorry for your experience we had to cancel your trip due to rough seas and that next day was much better , however the marine life is up to mother nature and we are sorry that your trip did not see any mammals however we did give you free return tickets that never expire - please call our office if you will not be using these tickets and we will see what we can do for you thank you.

We went on the cruise just before sunset and enjoyed the lovely and cooler weather. We saw a massive pod of jumping dolphins and just enjoyed the time on the ocean. And then afterwards grabbed a nice dinner in the marina with views of the harbor. Price was good. Kids really enjoyed the experience and would do it again.

Pretty fun. We went at 9:30 on a Friday morning. Highly recommend doing 9:30 on weekday because it was only about 30 people. For the next group, it appeared to be a much larger group and I’d venture to guess the weekend times are worse. Be prepared, they really push selling you drinks, snacks, etc. We came prepared with bottled water and our own snacks (soda is $6 and snickers are $3). We saw dolphins and a sun fish but no whales. It was cool when in the shade but hot if you were in the sun or behind something that blocked the wind. fine with shorts and a water wicking hoodie over a t-shirt. I’d recommend doing this and they were very nicely priced compared to other places around San Diego. Be prepared to tip as you leave the boat.

Such a great review even despite the few things you mentioned - we love the first trip of the day yes its true its not usually full but more imprtantly its usually the calmest part of the day . Thank you for joining us and next time we hope you see whales with us
