This tour departs the Deer Valley airport in Phoenix. It includes spectacular views of the Tonto National Forest, the Verde River, the Red Rock formations of Sedona, the San Francisco Peaks, the Painted Desert and the Navajo Indian Reservation. The flight continues on a scenic over-flight of the Grand Canyon on a route that only a few companies are allowed to fly.

After the overflight, the tour lands at the Grand Canyon airport, located just minutes from the entrance to the Grand Canyon National Park. Your ground tour is provided by a professional tour guide who will take you to scenic overlooks inside the Grand Canyon National Park. Your last stop will be in the Grand Canyon Historic Village where you may visit various lodges and other shops and galleries, all of which are located along the Rim, making it easy to see the Grand Canyon from many different vantage points. Optional box lunch is available for purchase.

We were so fortunate to take a tour to the Grand Canyon on our recent trip out to Phoenix. From the initial booking with Lindsey to our wonderful pilot Daniel and tour guide Jeffrey (a Navajo Native American who was able to share his culture with us), everything was perfectly planned and executed. Daniel was a great tour guide in the air, showing us the red rocks of Sedona, Flagstaff, and of course around the Grand Canyon. Jeffrey took us to several great viewing points along the south rim and was very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

AMAZING!!! The entire experience, from booking to take off was superlative! WestWind really knows what they are doing, they know how to take care of people. Cannot recommend enough. Take a tour with them!!!! You will be so very, very glad you did!

Such a great combination of ground and air experiences. Words cannot describe the vastness and awe of being in the air over the canyon. Lindsey and crew make you feel so welcome. We will definitely be back in the future for a new adventure.
