A must have, specially in holiday season. My son took full advantage of it and had great great time there.
Although the FOTL pass worked exceptionally well, getting it through Viator did present some issues. We were help up for over thirty minutes at guest services because there had been a number of "forged Viator passes." It got to the point where I had to log into my account with one hand through the guest services window. It was a distressing way to start an otherwise fun experience.
The Park was a nightmare. It was difficult to find which ticket booth to go to to redeem the tickets. Finally we were told to go to the group sales booth. After standing in line at that boothe for 45 minutes we were told that because our voucher was for 9 people they would need to get an approval from a Viator supervisor---Which took anothr 25 minutes to get in touch with womeone to apporve the voucher. Wish we had been informed of this at the time of purchase. We had 5 kids with us and it was not pleasant
