I'll start with the good and for 99% who read this, only the good applies to you, so you'll have a blast and love Knotts: the rides were fast, the lines moved well, the food places were pretty reasonably priced for an amusement park and the staff was friendly.
Here's the bad: I'm a new mom and the only accommodations to feed my child in the Camp Snoopy area was a shack, on an old wooden rocking chair, with a flimsy sheet curtain that when pulled did not extend the whole way, with open windows, a wide open door, open to men and women, and that smelled of poop. It was 1 step up from feeding my child in a urinal. I read a review from July 2012 describing the same exact conditions. It's 2022 and way past time for an upgrade.
