World of Coca-Cola is located beside the Georgia Aquarium at Pemberton Place® in downtown Atlanta.

You do not need to reserve a time slot if you booked a self-guided tour. Your ticket is valid on the date of arrival during hours of operation. Please check the hours of operation https://www.worldofcoca-cola.com/plan-your-visit and ensure that you to arrive at least 2 hours before the attraction closing time to enjoy the full experience.

Advance ticket purchase will allow you to skip the ticketing window line and proceed directly to the main entry line. Present your ticket on a smartphone device or printed paper at the red entry arch adjacent to the ticketing window upon arrival.
*While this ticket allows you to skip the general ticket purchase lines, there may still be a line for entry during peak travel dates and times.

Restrictions: Guests are welcome to shoot video or photos on a handheld camera or phone. No large equipment is permitted.

Complete waste of time. This is very expensive ($20) and there is nothing interesting. They show a 10min video which is basically a long advertisement for Coca Cola. The lab is dirty, the floor is sticky will all the drinks spilled on the floor... very disappointed.

I recently visited and was delighted by how beautifully the place was decorated for the holidays – everything looked festive and welcoming! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for the season. However, I do have a mint allergy, and I was disappointed that they don’t list all ingredients in their products. It made things a little tricky to navigate. Despite this, I would still highly recommend this spot to others! The overall experience was fantastic, and the decorations truly made it special.

I am deeply disappointed by my experience at World of Coca-Cola in Atlanta on January 1, 2025. My family and I traveled from another state with high hopes of enjoying the attraction, only to be met with hostility and disrespect from an employee. During a movie presentation, my service dog, who was sitting quietly and still, was wrongly accused of barking. A tall male employee approached us aggressively, threatening to remove us if my dog barked again. I attempted to explain that the barking came from another dog across the room, but the employee interrupted me repeatedly, stating, “Ma’am, I am not talking to you.” His tone and demeanor were hostile, and at one point, he physically pushed my shoulder to silence me, leaving me shaken and in tears. Another employee confirmed that the barking came from another dog, yet the aggressive behavior continued. When I spoke with two managers to report the situation, they apologized and refunded our tickets but then told us it would “probably be better” if we left, given how uncomfortable I was. We were then escorted out the back way, despite having done nothing wrong. This ruined our trip, which included the cost of hotel stays and parking. As a service dog handler, I expect to be treated with respect and understanding, not targeted and berated. The lack of proper training in ADA compliance and customer service is unacceptable for a venue of this stature. I hope World of Coca-Cola takes immediate action to train its staff and ensure no one else endures this kind of mistreatment. Until then, I cannot recommend this attraction.
