We have done many segway tours around the world but this one is absolutely the best! Hunt was a great guide and so much fun; clearly, he truly enjoys what he does. And why not - beautiful scenery, great food and yummy wine - doesn't get any better! Our usual segway tours last about two to three hours but this one started at 10:00am and ended at 4:00pm. We segwayed all around Sonoma, visited and tasted at two wineries, had a delicious lunch and visited a local cheese factory. Whatever you do in Sonoma, do not miss this adventure. Thank you Hunt!

We had our Segway day last week. It was an amazing day! We would recommend it without hesitation to anyone going to Sonoma. Because my husband cannot stand long at a time, we booked a mid-week, private tour for our family of three adults. The cost of a group or private tour are more than reasonable for what you get. Before arriving in Sonoma, I had to change the tour times a couple of time. I also had to be very specific regarding our lunch due to dietary restrictions. Yuni was patient, thorough, and absolutely wonderful to work with -- even with the changes! She brought us the most wonderful picnic lunch -- complete with a tablecloth!! Everything was exactly what I had ordered, and it was very specific. (Vegan daughter, diabetic husband, he doesn't like mayonnaise or avocado, I hate tomatoes -- again, very specific, but she met our requests 100%.) Hunt was the perfect guide! He was very thorough with the instructions and safety tips before we left, and gave us plenty of time to get used to the Segway. He made photos and a video along the way. He visited with each of us throughout the day, and made certain we were all enjoying ourselves. He also made the day interesting, and we were pretty specific about our requests there, as well. (My husband LOVES history. Our daughter not so much...) Hunt found the perfect balance. His knowledge of the area is incredible! We went to two wineries -- Buena Vista and Gundlach Bundschu. Everyone at both know him and love him, and his tours are given special privileges -- pretty exciting! Our daughter did not want us to go to Vella Cheese, because she is vegan. It was her only request, so we did not go. Hunt and Yuni were willing to take us to the Figone's Olive Oil tasting room, but we had been there the day before. It had already been a long day of standing for my husband, even though Hunt gave us as many rest stops as we wanted, so we didn't do one of the afternoon "extras", but that was OUR choice. All-in-all, it was our favorite day of the trip, and every day in Sonoma was a great day! We would recommend Sonoma Segway without hesitation!!! (I chose Family (teens) below, but our daughter is an adult. We are a family of three adults. Older teens would probably be ok on the Segway, but I'm not certain about younger teens. They may have a minimum age requirement.)

We have taken Segway Tours around the world, all good, but this was the best! Hunt, our guide, really personalized our tour. We learned the history of wine making both in Sonoma and California. We watched cheese being made and stored ... old school. There was no time limit, wineries, lunch, Cheese and history .... what a day. This is Not a 90 minute tour... this is an event with a wonderful, well connected guide. Do this before you do anything else in Sonoma.
